Our biltong comes from large slabs of fresh beef strips. Our most popular, the Traditional Slab, has little to some fat along the edge providing extra flavor to the biltong (this is the South-African tradition style). We also provide a Lean slab, pictured that has little to not fat for leaner biltong.
After the curing process, our slabs are sliced into thin slices for a convenient and easily-edible way to enjoy biltong. This is one of the most popular styles of our Biltong. Our slices are also available in Lean or Traditional.
We also slice our slabs into approximately 1/4" chunks. These chunks are thicker, but just as tender, as our slices. Our chunks are also available in Lean or Traditional.
Our Biltong Grated is made from ground fine, small pieces of our Biltong Sliced. Our grated is perfect for use on baked potatoes, breakfast omelets, and even freshly-cut salads. A healthy replacement, and upgrade, from bacon bits.
Droëwors, also known as our Biltong Sticks or Dried Sausage, are processed the same way as our Biltong, but are ground and stuffed into a lamb casing prior to our curing process.
Our Biltong Strips are made from slender, thinner slices of our large slabs of fresh beef, cured into a snack-size strip. Our Biltong Chips are made from our Strips, sliced into smaller, bite-sized pieces.
As opposed to thinner pieces, our Snap-sticks and Bites are from thicker, rounder strips of our fresh beef, cured to perfection. These are most popular in our Spicy Peri-Peri flavor.

ALL of our products and flavors are gluten-free, except for any product with our Teriyaki-flavor added to it. Teriyaki is our only flavor that contains gluten due to the soy sauce.
