The Biltong USA meat processing plant is situated in Stallings, NC where Biltong and Biltong Sticks (Droewors) products are manufactured to the stringent standards imposed by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). In addition, the plant has also acquired the voluntary and internationally recognized Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) approval.

All Biltong USA products are USDA Inspected and Approved and Passed by Department of Agriculture EST 21732.

Biltong USA, incorporated in 1995, is the largest manufacturer of Biltong products in the country and has a loyal online customer base across the Fifty States, Carribean Islands and Canada.

The company was founded by Dawid Joubert, who was recently dubbed "The Biltong King" in the national South African Ex-pat magazine "Juluka". See our news page for details.
