BOEREWORS

We have two different types of Boerewors, Traditional (Beef and Pork) or Pure Beef (Beef Only).
If there is one thing that South Africans will all recognize when heard, it's the word Boerewors. This coil of sausage is usually grilled outdoors (braaied), but is also able to be grilled in an electric griller or baked in an oven. Boerewors is often served with tomatoes, onions, chili, relish, or even enclosed in a hot dog bun with ketchup. Traditional is beef and pork in a pork casing, while our Pure Beef is beef only in a lamb casing.

RUMP STEAK

We have two different types of Boerewors, Traditional (Beef and Pork) or Pure Beef (Beef Only).
Our steaks are aged for 28 days prior to freezing. This allows the meat to be very tender and will allow your taste buds to melt in your mouth.

BURGER PATTIES

We have two different types of Burger Patties, Traditional (Beef and Pork) or Pure Beef (Beef Only).
Our burger patties are similar to our Boerewors, but not in a casing. Flattened and rounded to make burger patties that have some spices mixed in so that it isn't required that you add any extra seasonings. Now you can enjoy Boerewors for your hot dogs and our Biltong Burger Patties for your delicious cheeseburgers.

SOSATIES (Kebabs)

We have three different types of Sosaties, Beef Only, Beef and Lamb, or Pork and Beef.
Each of our sosaties come with dried apricots inbetween each cube of beef. Our sosaties come already marinated and ready for you to simply remove them from the bag without any additional marinating or seasoning.
